Transaction Terms: For new clients or large projects, we typically adopt a 30% advance payment (to cover raw material procurement and production preparation) and 70% balance payment before shipment. For long-term cooperative clients, we may offer flexible terms (e.g., 20% advance + 80% balance) based on credit history. A copy of the bank transfer receipt is required to confirm payment, and we will start production immediately upon verifying the advance.

Advantages: High security, low transaction fees for large amounts, and wide acceptance globally. Suitable for clients who value fund traceability and formal financial procedures. Considerations: Cross-border T/T may take 1-3 business days for funds to arrive; please plan your payment timing to avoid delaying production schedules.

2. Letter of Credit (L/C)

It reduces risks for both parties by ensuring that we receive payment only after presenting specified documents (e.g., commercial invoice, bill of lading, quality inspection certificate) that prove production and shipment compliance with the order terms.

Applicable Scenarios: Large-scale custom CNC machining projects (e.g., automotive parts, industrial equipment components) with values exceeding $50,000, or transactions involving clients from regions with high payment risk. L/C is particularly popular among clients who require strict compliance with international trade rules.

Advantages: Bank guarantee minimizes default risk; clear document requirements ensure order quality and delivery compliance. Considerations: L/C involves higher bank fees (borne by either party or shared as negotiated) and more complex document preparation; please allow additional time for document verification and bank procedures.

3. PayPal

PayPal is a fast and convenient online payment method, suitable for small-value orders, prototype development, or sample orders in CNC machining. Recommended only for small, urgent transactions.

Key Payment & Transaction Tips

  • Payment Confirmation: Regardless of the payment method, please send a copy of the payment receipt to our sales team via email or the independent station message center. We will confirm receipt within 12 hours and update your order status in real time.
  • Currency & Exchange Rates: All transactions are settled in USD by default. If you need to pay in other currencies (EUR, GBP, etc.), please consult our sales team in advance to confirm the exchange rate and avoid additional conversion fees.
