• Housing: Typically made of aluminum alloy with a natural anodized finish, offering lightweight construction and good rigidity.

• Built-in Bearing: A ball-type linear bearing (LM series or similar) is installed inside. It contains recirculating steel balls, enabling low-friction and theoretically unlimited linear travel.

• Type Classification:

• Single Bearing Type: Compact structure, suitable for light-load applications.

• Double Bearing Type (Extended Type): Two bearings arranged in series or an elongated design, providing higher load capacity and better resistance to torque.

• Open Type: Features a side opening, making it easier to use with supported shafts or for adjustment.

• Closed Type: Fully enclosed design with better protection.

• Wide Square Type / Raised Type: Wider or taller base for more stable installation, usually with mounting holes or positioning holes.

• Flanged Type: Equipped with round or square flanges for bolt mounting.

• With Lubrication Device: Some high-end models include oil pads or lubrication structures to reduce maintenance.

• Matching Components: Usually used together with linear shafts / hardened shafts / guide rods with diameters such as 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 50 mm, etc. Main Functions

• Provide stable support and guidance, ensuring precise alignment between the linear bearing and the shaft.

• Enable low-friction, high-precision reciprocating linear motion.

• Facilitate easy installation and fixation (the base usually has multiple threaded holes or through holes).

• Withstand radial loads, and some models can handle a certain amount of torque.
